Overview

A high growth SaaS organisation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its product team, focused on building a leading employee experience platform.

This role is centred on product discovery, customer insight, and defining high value problems to solve. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, bringing AI led thinking to enhance user experience and drive meaningful product outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure product decisions are grounded in real customer needs and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery and Strategy
Lead product discovery efforts to identify and define high impact opportunities
Conduct user research, market analysis, and data driven discovery
Translate insights into clear product strategies and priorities

AI and Innovation
Embed AI driven thinking into product design and roadmap decisions
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to enhance user experience
Stay current with industry trends across AI and SaaS platforms

Product Development
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions
Apply Agile methodologies to support iterative product development
Define success metrics and use experimentation to guide decision making

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on product direction
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders
Incorporate customer and market feedback into product evolution

Experience Required

4 plus years experience in product management within SaaS or technology environments
Strong experience leading product discovery and defining problem spaces
Proven track record delivering successful products with measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical and Domain Knowledge

Experience working with AI or emerging technologies within product environments
Strong understanding of Agile and modern product development practices
Experience using data and customer insights to inform product decisions
